Workshops are a gentle introduction in the use of art therapy to explore emotional content through making art.
Some group participation is encouraged (but not necessary) e.g. in media exercises at the beginning of the day and in sharing work at the end.

1    Plan your own group workshop or studio session & dates.  
Choose your own art therapy theme or studio technique and subject.  Viable if 3 or more (up to 9) make arrangements together.  
Price as for workshops

2    Individual Art Therapy - occasional sessions.
A time to explore problems which block the way to future possibilities.  Day or half day sessions to be arranged.  
Price 2 ½ hrs £50.  Materials provided
